The purpose of this report is to outline the training course fit my expectations

Training is important because it represents a good opportunity for

employees to grow their knowledge base and improve their job skills
to become more effective in the workplace. Despite the cost of
training for employees, the return on investment is immense if it is
consistent.In Addition,there are several reasons it is important for
employers to initiate training programs for their employees, such as:
The trainer should be knowledgeable about the subject matter,
He/she should be interactive and should encourage participation
from the audience, the trainer should be able to communicate,
explain and illustrate concepts , training help me judge myself at the
end of the training programme. However, the disadvantages
expectations when you find yourself getting scolded by your
superior for a very little mistake that you might’ve been done a
single time,your every mistake is responsible for your company’s
losses, and you’ll be held accountable for it. Long working hours for
a project such situations could often result in long working hours . A
project site hosts huge construction machinery, vehicles, building
materials etc . Civil engineers usually design and build structures,
these structures usually have high strategic, commercial and
political value lot of planning, calculation and effort must be put into
the design of construction of such structures.

I am delighted to inform the committee that my expectations are

really high and full of enthusiasm to learn .
