    Dear Ma’am,
    We are writing this letter to ask permission about the School-based Training of the
    players qualified for the City Meet this coming February 24-25, 2023.
    As we prepare for the upcoming City meet, we want our student athletes to be
    conditioned and ready for the competition on the said dates. As the School Sports
    Coordinator, I humbly ask for your consideration to let our players train starting today up to
    the end of the city meet. The coaches had come to agree that we will start our enhancement
    training on 3:00 PM onwards.
    We understand that the request may be difficult due to some processes to be done but
    in result, the students will benefit much as they develop their well-being. We hope for your
    consideration on this matter.
