AGENCY : Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
ACTION : The FMCSA has approved, subject to public comment, the transfer of authority of motor carriers, property brokers, freight
forwarders, and holders of certificates of registration,pursuant to the decision in Ex Parte No. MC 111 ( Sub No. 1 ), Transfer Rules, 4
I.C.C.2d 382, ( 1988), and the regulations at 49 CFR Part 365 , Subpart D. The parties may consummate a proposed transaction at any
time after 10 days of the filing of the application. Protests may be filed within 20 days of the publication date of the application. If a
protest is received, the FMCSA will issue a decision disposing of the protest, and any transaction consummated prior to the FMCSA's
decision will be at the parties own risk, subject to any conditions we subsequently may impose. Similarly, if either party has less than
satisfactory safety rating, consummation of the transaction pursuant to the 10 day rule is at the parties'own risk subject to any
conditions we subsequently may impose. If no protests are received, or if the FMCSA does not issue a subsequent decision on safety
grounds, the publication of the application will become the final action of the FMCSA .

General Information
GRANT DECISION NOTICES: Permanent motor carrier, broker, and freight forwarder authority applications filed on or after
January 1 , 1995 .
The following requests for authority have been reviewed by the Administration and are published as preliminary grants. Some of
the requested servicedescriptions may have been modified prior to publication to simplify and provide for consistency in authorities issued
by the Administration . These grant decision notices do not represent authority to operate.
Amendments to the applications generally are not permitted. Once the application is filed, the applicant may revise an authority
request or supplement evidence only with approval of the Administration.
After publication, interested persons may request a copy of the application. The request may be made by writing to the designated
contract agent: DC News & Data, Inc. , 1925 K St. , N.W. , Suite 210, Washington, DC 20006 , and must be accompanied by a check or
money order for $ 10, payable to DC News & Data,Inc., or may be made by contacting the contract agent at (202) 463-8112 [FAX: (202)
289-4359 ) and arranging billing as acceptable to the agent.
Applicants will be sent a letter on the day notice of their application appears in the FMCSA Register informing them of their
docket number, the publication date, and their insurance and process agent filing requirements and deadlines.
Legally sufficient opposition in the form of verified statements must be filed within 10 days from date of publication.
In the absence of opposition, authorities will be issued to those applicants that, within 20 days from date of publication , have filed
evidence of appropriate compliance.
Applications that are not supplemented by the 20th day following FMCSA Register publication with the required insurance and
process agent filings will be dismissed . Dismissal notices will be issued to non-complying applicants on the 30th day after FMCSA
Register publication.
Authorities will remain in full effect only as long as the applicant maintains appropriate compliance.
