 When candle crosses all of the moving averages and closed, next candle is the trade (go long)
 9 period simple moving average crosses 20 period simple moving average and 20 period simple
moving average crosses the 50 period simple moving average (so 9 period moving average at
the top, 20 period moving average in the middle, and 50 period moving average at the bottom)
 Fast RSI is above the slow RSI which means that we have a bullish momentum
 To exit, draw the trendline, and once the candle turns red and crosses the trendline, close the
trade
