Covid-19 pandemic has a big impact on various sectors, one of which is education. The world of
education also participated in his life.

Educators must follow a permanent learning program, while participants are hung at home. The
solution, educators are required to design learning media as innovation by utilizing media that is trying
(online).

This is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of
Indonesia related to Circular Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policy in
the Emergency Spread of Corona Virus (Covid-19).

The learning system is carried out through a personal computer (PC) or laptop connected to an internet
network connection. Educators can do learning together at the same time using groups on social media
such as WhatsApp (WA), telegram, instagram, zoom applications or other media as learning media.

Thus, educators can participate in learning at the same time, considering in different places. Educators
can also provide measurable tasks in accordance with the material delivered to students.

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic discussed extraordinary changes, including the education
sector. It is as if all levels of education are 'transferred' to be approved suddenly drastically for learning
from home through online media.

This, of course, respects the easy thing, because it is not ready yet. The problematic of the world of
education is a learning process that is not uniform, both the standard and the quality of desired learning
outcomes.

Various learning media applications are available, both government and private. The government issued
a Minister of Education and Culture Circular Number 9/2018 concerning Utilization of Learning Houses.
The private sector also offers online tutoring such as teacher's room, Zenius, Klassku, Kahoot, and
others.

These accesses can be utilized to develop knowledge and insight. Human Resources (HR). The success of
