Welcome to Crianças De Capoeira, it is our pleasure to pass on the ancient art form of Capoeira

Angola in a most traditional and respectful way.

Our classes promote inner and outer body development including physical and social wellbeing. To
ensure the enjoyment and safety for all participants, the following rules and regulations have been
formulated.

CONDUCT/COURTESY:
 Treat each other and instructors with respect and courtesy.
 No loud or offensive language or threatening behavior.

SAFETY:
 In case of injury or illness, please notify instructor immediately.
 Do not deface, destroy, or misuse any property including walls, floors, or equipment.

ATTIRE:
Please store personal belongings in designated areas in the front of the studio.
Proper Uniform is mandatory. All members and participants must be properly dressed at
all times during class.
NO TANKS TOPS, NO SANDALS, NO SHORTS

Acceptable attire includes:

 White T-shirt until Group T-shirt is earned
 White preferred or light Khaki Pants
 Light tennis shoes for indoor studio (no outside shoes: wash/clean shoes dedicate to
studio)

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of every month/ LATE FEE $15 after the10th

 Monthly Rate per individual - $100

 Drop-In Rate: $35.00 individual

WAIVER of LIABILITY:
Participant assumes full responsibility for injuries or damages and does hereby and forever release
and discharge Instructors of
Crianças De Capoeira Angola, Dorian Layssard, and The African American Heritage Center,
including affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, right or cause of action, present or
future whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising
out of participation in Capoeira Angola, and other programs and events conducted by Crianças De
Capoeira Angola. In case of an Accident that occurs, the participant agrees and conceded
that they will be examined AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE by a licensed physician.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Participant agrees to abide by all the academy rules and regulations of Crianças De Capoeira Angola
and Professor Dare/
Dorian Layssard, which may be posted in The African American Heritage Center, or published and
distributed to all students.
