"I was personally there. The situation was handled very poorly and the original arrestee was believed to have an open intoxicant, which at that time, the cop was in
pretty much the same mood. Basically yelling at the arrestee, then at that time the second arrestee was actually shoved over for no reason, nothing even said to the
cop. The cop said he was 'in the way,' the guy was standing at least ten feet away and at no time interfering with what he was doing. When the guy got shoved over,
that started the whole uproar, which was the cause of the 3rd arrestee getting so angry. Now in the 3rd arrestee, it's disorderly conduct, but at no point in any of the
arrests were the officers handling themselves in anyway that was going to keep the peace. They started almost everything. I am not saying they had no right not to
question the first party, who happens to be a friend of mine, they did - but we were all pretty sure it was water but none of know for sure. Everything started when the
arresting officer shoved over an innocent bystander. He was definitely in a rage. I also asked multiple officers for their names and the arresting officers for their
name. Not one, NOT ONE, name was given to me which I am pretty sure is illegal. I also asked what the charges were and was told it was 'none of my business' and I
was honestly very polite about I used 'sir,' and 'please.' My grandfather was a cop for 25 plus years for the same department so I honestly normally side with them, but
at no point was this handled properly. And what takes the cake 'anyone standing here will go to jail.' I asked what for and was told 'for loitering.' Hope this fills in
