Login to CCO Profile

Click “Customer Profile Manager”

Change company name and address as below:-

Country = Malaysia
Company = Airstar (M) Sdn Bhd
Address Line 1 = LOT A15-1, JALAN SELAMAN 1/1
Address Line 2 = DATARAN PALMA, OFF JALAN AMPANG,
State = SELANGOR
City = ULU LANGAT
ZIP = 68000

Phone = +60 3 42702309

After you click “save changes”, Cisco may prompt you for suggestion address. Click the first
Airstar (M) Sdn Bhd address and click “save changes” again.
Click “Partner Profile Manager”.

Country = Malaysia
Country = Airstar
Search Criteria = (default) Begins with
Click Next
Click Airstar (M) Sdn Bhd radio button
Click Next

Click Airstar (M) Sdn Bhd radio button

Click Submit
Ensure the First name and Last name is the same as per CCO profile and CCO testing ID
profile.

Business email = can keep personal email.

Scoll down to the section Cisco Testing Information. First, click “here” to update your CSCO
testing profile. It will bring you to the CSCO Testing Profile (Cisco Certification Tracking
System).

Update the company profile as below:

Country = Malaysia
Company = Airstar (M) Sdn Bhd
Mailing Address = LOT A15-1, JALAN SELAMAN 1/1
DATARAN PALMA, OFF JALAN AMPANG,
SELANGOR
City = ULU LANGAT
Postal = 68000

Click submit
Go back to the partner page and put in your CSCO Testing ID.

(Optional) In the Cisco communication section, click "No" radio button.

Click submit.

Binding process completed and pending Partner approval.
