    RE: THE HARTMANN HOUSE 65TH ANNIVERSARY CHESS GRAND PRIX INVITATIONAL (2022).

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Your school is invited to participate and send talented chess players to compete in the HH Chess
    Grand Prix tournament to be held at Hartmann House School on Saturday 28 May 2022 from 8am to
    3pm.

    The competition will be in the following categories for both boys and girls:

    Age group
    Under 9
    Under 11
    Under 13

    Registration is free but you are all required to submit your list of players by the 26 th of May for
    pairing. Please ensure that you list the first player as your best and the second as the second best
    and so forth. We may need to trim numbers if over-subscribed. We will take a limited number of
    players per school so we kindly ask you to stick to the timeline. Deadline for registration is 26 May
    2022 at 4pm.

    Please confirm your participation to Wilfred on 0774 081 403 or by emailing on sitholew@hh.ac.zw.
    May you please bring enough Chess sets for the players confirmed. Please ensure your pupils have
    enough food and beverages to get them through the tournament. There is no tuck-shop on the
    school premises.
