1. Explain the birth of criminal behavior?

The criminal is identifiable by their appearance and is a born criminal. Examples of "physical
stigmata" include a sloping forehead, unusually large ears, an asymmetrical face, excessively
long arms, an asymmetrical head, dark complexion, and others.
2. Why do people commit crime? at least 200 words
Individuals commit crimes for a variety of reasons, including poverty, vice, problems, and so
forth. According to the television broadcast, the arrested person committed the crime due to
vice and poverty. People commit crimes for a variety of reasons. These different explanations
are related to social, economic, and cultural factors. These things encourage someone to
engage in criminal activity. Peer pressure and academic failure are examples of social
causes. Poverty has economic causes. Hatred is one of the causes. These elements work
together to explain why certain people commit crimes. There are those who have a large
family to support but do not have the money to do so. Others conduct crimes while under the
influence of alcohol. Some people start committing crimes due to the impact of illegal drugs,
failure, problems, poverty, and other factors. Some people struggle to get jobs.
3. Is there a difference on how society treats the criminals compared to the victims?
support your answer at least 300 words

Yes, because sometimes the victim is the one who persuades the criminal to commit
a crime, and other times the criminal is released from jail rather than if she or he has
a connection to or supporter, and the victim is revealed to be the one who committed
the crime, as in the case of the report on Raffy Tufo in Action, where the victim was
not connected to or supported by the criminal and was shown to be the one who
committed the crime. Many individuals continue to hold harassed victims accountable
for their inability to defend themselves in other situations, such as when they are the
object of harassment. This circumstance shows that because of the ideas or principles
that permeate society, victims and offenders are viewed differently by society. From a
particular perspective, life demands balance. To live healthy, fulfilling lives, we all need
to strike a balance. Someone who experiences societal injustice feels burdened down
by it and is driven to damage and exact retribution. because of the imbalances in their
lives that make them angry and make them think poorly of other people. They are just
concerned with getting justice and will stop at nothing to get it.

4. Which among the schools of thought in criminology you consider to very important and
why? at least 300 words
The classic school of thinking is the one that I hold in the highest regard because it holds
that those who commit crimes are aware of the consequences of their actions and weigh
the pain they will endure against the pleasure they will experience. And they made the
decision to commit the crime on their own. Although this school of thought has some flaws,
it still offers a way to stop crimes from happening. For example, some people were afraid
to commit a crime because of the suffering or pain it would cause them after they had
already committed it. For instance, if I were to kill someone, I would first consider the
consequences of my actions, and if the pain or penalty was not desirable, I would not carry
out the murder. According to the classical school, criminals are logical and assess the
benefits and costs, so we should put in place deterrents that just barely outweigh the
benefits of committing the crime. Because there would be no deterrent, this is why classical
thinkers like Beccaria and Bentham considered the death penalty to be useless. But when
it comes to manslaughter, Bentham agrees that the death penalty should be used if the
severity of the punishment slightly outweighs the crime. There doesn't seem to be a
stronger deterrent for other criminals considering engaging in the same criminal behavior
than witnessing another person eliminated as a result of their actions.

5. Choose one among the theories of criminology and explain its importance and
contribution in the study of crime and criminals. at least 200 words
The social learning process is what explains why or how people learn to commit crimes from
the people around them, and it also helps to explain why some people engage in criminal
behavior while others abstain from it. By controlling and changing the process or the
environment that fosters social learning, crime and victimization can be decreased. With the
aid of this theory, it is possible to understand the factors involved in how people pick up
criminal behavior and how to stop them from doing so. Additionally, this theory aims to prevent
crime by observing how a family interacts with its young members. Criminal psychology is the
study of why people commit crimes and act in particular ways. One can control crime or
rehabilitate the offender by knowing why someone commits a crime. There are numerous
criminology theories. Some believe that an individual weighs the benefits and drawbacks
before deciding whether or not to commit a crime; they ascribe crime to the individual. Others
contend that by providing residents with a safe and secure place to live, communities can
prevent their members from committing crimes. Some people believe that some people have
latent qualities that will determine how they will respond when faced with particular
challenging circumstances.

6. What do you think will happen if the law doesn't have classification of crimes? support
your answer at least 200 words
Without laws and regulations, human rights would be infringed, communities would be in
anarchy, and our freedom would be subject to the whims of governments. The government
must clearly define what behaviors are unlawful before we can be found guilty of a crime if it
wasn't a crime at the time it was committed. Based on how bad they are, crimes are
categorized into several different groups. Infractions are the least serious types of violations,
followed by misdemeanors and felonies as the more serious transgressions. Because each
classification impacts both the content and presentation of a criminal charge, understanding
how each one differs is crucial. This section looks at the variations between each classification
and gives a description of each. If the law did not categorize crimes, no one would feel safe
in our society since crime would be committed everywhere and by everyone. Our society
would also be chaotic as a result of this left- and right-wing crime happening. The definition
of crime was the organization of criminality, and if this did not exist in our society, then anyone
around us could become a criminal. Politicians may also be corrupt, and public employees
could use unnecessary force.
7. If you will become a law enforcement officer someday, how will your knowledge on the
classification of criminals and the birth of criminal behavior help you in dealing with
If I ever worked as a law enforcement officer, I would uphold the rule of law at all times and in
all places in order to reduce crime and potential criminal activity around us. And regarding the
origin of criminals, I do not think that it is true that they are born criminals since if someone
wanted to commit a crime, they would have done it regardless of whether they had a jaw that
was missing or was otherwise abnormal. However, there are some individuals who, while
having a criminal propensity, do not really commit crimes. When criminals commit crimes before
the authorities can apprehend them, law enforcement must intervene to take away their
freedom. Because everyone would be afraid to survive without police enforcement. The terms
"brave" and "heroic" may come to mind when considering the qualities that make a police officer
stand out in modern society. After all, the public's sense of safety comes from police officers.
They are the experts who respond to local emergencies and dangers. They aim to protect
residents and their communities from harm and assist in keeping criminals off the streets.
Officers must possess a variety of skills in addition to strength and bravery in order to excel at
their profession, which is not an easy one. As long as there are people, there will be a need
for it since people make mistakes that have the potential to seriously injure them and other
people. There is a major reason for law enforcement's existence and operation. It serves as
a necessary life task because it keeps individuals safe in today's surroundings. Law
enforcement administers justice and works to reduce crime. The FBI and law enforcement
have used a number of the technology it has developed to find criminals. Many people ponder
the purpose of law enforcement. Because people continue to commit crimes without
understanding it, enforcement is still necessary. There is a possibility that a crime will be
committed without the perpetrator being aware of it.
