RESIDENTIAL LEASE EXTENSION #9
(OCTOBER 19, 2020 TO OCTOBER Js, 2021
This Residential Lease Extension (hereinafter “Lease Extension”
is entered into this 29th day of
September, 2020, by and between the Lessor, Ricardo L. Santiano, (hereinafter “Landlord”), and the
Lessee(s), George Hjalmar Morello, All Lessecs, (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Tenant” ), are
jointly, severally, and individually bound by, and liable under the terms and conditions of this
Residential Lease Extension.
For the valuable consideration described below, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
Landlord and Tenant do hereby covenant, contract and agree as follows:
1, PREVIOUS LEASE: Landlord and Tenant entered a Landlord-Tenant relationship by virtue of a
previously executed Contract of Lease, dated October 1, 2012, (hereinafter “Contract of Lease”), and
incorporated herein by reference thereto or by attachment hereto. Term of said Contract of Lease
commenced on the 19° day of October, 2012, and will expire on the 18" day of October, 2021
2, EXTENSION OF TERM OF LEASE: Landlord and Tenant hereby extend and continue the term
‘and duration of the above described Contract of Lease, and incorporate herein by reference all the terms
and conditions of said Contract of Lease. Said Contract of Lease shall continue and extend for
‘additional one (1) year, commencing on the 19" day of October, 2020, and expiring on the 18" day
‘of October, 2021, unless renewed or extended pursuant to the conditions set forth in said Contract of
Lease.
3. RENT PAYMENTS: The parties herein agree that the monthly rental of the Leased Premises for
the period extended shall be SEVENTH THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED F IFTY PESOS &
007100 (Php 73,450..00) per month inclusive of Association dues and one (1) parking space #34 at
Basement 4.
A. Upon signing of this Contract of Lease Extension, the LESSEE agrees to pay the
LESSOR the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUS D THREE
HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS & 002100 (Php220,350.00) representing the three (3)
‘months advance rental for the period October 19, 2020 to January 18
2021. Such payment to be deposited by LESSEE to the LESSOR’s bank account on
or before October 15, 2020, Bank name and Account No. of LESSOR will be
provided later to the LESSEE,

007100 (Php220,3S0. 00) representing the three (3) months advance rental for the
period of January 19, 2021 to April 18, 2021 shall be deposited to the LESSOR’S
bank account on or before January 15, 2021. Bank name and Account No. of
LESSOR will be provided later tothe LESSEE.TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS &
007100 (Php220,350.00) representing the three (3) months advance rental for the
period of April 19, 2021 to July 18, 2021 shall be deposited to the LESSOR’S bank
account on or before April 15, 2021’. Bank name and Account No. of LESSOR will
be provided later to the LESSEE.
D. TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUS D THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS &
(007100 (Plip220,380.00) representing the three (3) months advance rental for the
period of July 19, 2021 to October 18, 2021 shall be deposited to the LESSOR'S
bank account on or before July 15, 2021. Bank name and Account No. of LESSOR
will be provided later to the LESSEE.
