TRADEMARK APPLICATION

1. Application fees:

-Small Entity/100 Million or less : ₱1,212/class

-Large entity/more than 100 Million: ₱2,617.92/class

-Colored (additional)
Big: ₱610/class
Small: ₱290/class

2. Can the application be expedited?

-Yes, through a Request for Priority Examination.

But priority applies only to the examination of the mark, and not on the
publication requirement.

3. How much?

Small Entity/100 Million or less: ₱3019.90

Large entity/more than 100 Million: ₱6302.40

4. How to request?

- a. Download the Request for Priority Examination in:

“https://www.ipophil.gov.ph/application-forms/”

b. Fill-out the form then upload the .pdf file on Step 5 of the online
application for Trademark.

ONLINE TRADEMARK APPLICATION

1. Download and fill-up Trademark Registration and Request for Priority

Examination Forms, and Small Entity Declaration.

2. Have the documents notarized and save as .pdf.

3. Start the online application where the forms will be uploaded/

“ https://www.ipophil.gov.ph/etm-file-trademark/”

3. If the trademark has a logo, it should be saved as .jpeg and not more
than 1MB in file size.
4. Upload a copy of the SPA if person applying is a representative.

5. Payment online thru DragonPay.

Take note of the ff: a. process number b. date of submission c. time
of submission.

6. Upon payment, the Receipt and Acknowledgment receipt will be sent

within 1-3 working days.

6. Application number will be included in the Acknowledgment receipt. (for

verification)

7. If no opposition in the application, payment for the publication and

issuance of Certificate of Registration can be made.

7. Publication Period: Total: 45 days

30 days- Publication in the Official Gazette

15 days- Publication in the Bureau of Legal Affairs

8. An advance copy will be sent through email if trademark is already

registered.
