Technical Specifications

Frame: Shutter is hung on Factory made door frame of 46 mm thickness made of Engineered
Wood Cement Bonded Particle Board (Bison Panel) and Composite board for water resistant
property with wall thickness of max 250mm.The frame is laminated with 0.2mm thick water
proof and scratch resistant PVC Foil using hot press and high grade PUR adhesive and is fitted
with casing wick (rubber beading) for energy, dust and sound efficiency. The frame is affixed
to the wall using high strength expandable PU Foam using tension rods for precision and
optional anchor bolts, side and top of frame attached together using dowel screws and quick
acting adhesives.

Shutter: Factory made 42 mm thick shutter sandwiched with laminated Engineered Wood
Cement Bonded Particle Board (Bison Panel) 6 mm thick skins on both sides. Skeleton is made
with Composite Board & Cement Bonded Particle Board (Bison Panel) of 30mm thickness
(three sides) and plywood of 30mm thickness (right side) Rails may be substituted with
HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistant) board. Core of high density/ uniform load
distribution featured Honey Comb and Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) for holding the lock
body and hardware, laminated with 0.2mm thick water proof and scratch resistant PVC Foil
and edge-banded with 1mm thick PVC edge-band using hot press and high grade PUR
adhesives.

Architrave: Factory made Architrave fitted to pre-made grooves within the frame for added
aesthetics. Plain design Architrave is made of Bison panel. Architrave is laminated with 0.2mm
thick water proof and scratch resistant PVC Foil using hot press and high grade PUR adhesive,
fitted to the wall using strong quick acting adhesives. Standard sizes in mm for Plain
