1.1 DOUBLE SKIN WOODEN PARTITION
Providing and fixing 71 mm thick solid fully or partly
glazed partition with 6mm thick glass panels with film/
etching/ acid wash in designs/ patterns for various heights
(4', 5', 7, 8' & up ceiling height as per drawing and
following specifications

Main structure: Providing & fixing in position as per the

layout full metal stud dry wall partition with the following
specifications: a) supporting system comprising of best
locally available make 51 X 35 X 0.55 mm thick G.I. metal
studs @ 600 mm c/c and 51 X 32 mm metal tracks at
floor, middle, door and ceiling level with joints staggered.
The verticals should touch the ceiling with horizontal
ceiling channel at slab/beam bottom. The rate should
include necessary strengthening with studs/tracks or
channel at doors and other openings. b) 9 mm
BWR plywood fixed on both sides with 25 mm dry wall
screws. c) 1 mm laminate on both sides
(dark for bands, light for body) upto false ceiling level. d
) 6 mm thick clear float glass with etching design as
directed between 1050 X 2000 mm level in specified areas
fixed with 85 X 15 mm beech wood jamb and 12 X 12 mm
beech wood beading. e) All
beech wood members to have melamine polish finish.
Length X height upto false ceiling will measured for
payment.

For low height partitions 85 X 15mm beech wood capping

on top and sides of openings. The beech wood members
to have melamine polish finish. d) 8 mm glasses with
edges polished and with etching design above 3'-0” height
at specified areas as directed.

1.2 ALUMINIUM PARTITION
Aluminum Partition:- Providing & fixing firmly in position
Aluminum glazed partition comprising of 1.5 mm thick
83.5 mm vertical member, top & bottom and middle
member, powder coated in colour as approved. Providing
& fixing 6 mm thick clear glass using aluminum beading
with rubber gasket etc. complete.

2 DOORS IN PARTITION
2.1 WOODEN DOORS
2.1 Providing & fixing 35 mm BWR thick solid core flush with
85 X 15 mm beech wood jamb alround and 12 X 12 mm
button beading fixed with 1 mm laminate (dark for bands
and light for body) on both sides and 8 mm clear float
glass with etching design as directed with 50 X 15 mm
beech wood jamb alround the glass opening and 12 X 12
mm beech wood beading for fixing of glass on both sides
including necessary hardware viz: door stopper, door
silencer, Doorset lock (Godrej etc.), handles, brass hinges
of approved make & quality, melamine spray polish finish
to all beech wood members etc. complete as directed.

2.2 ALUMINIUM DOORS

comprising of 1.5 mm thick 83.5 mm vertical member, top

gasket etc. providing & fixing customised door handle etc.

3 WALL PANELLING

Providing & fixing GI metal stud wall panelling with the

following specification: a) Supporting system

4 STORAGE UNITS
Supplying, manufacturing & fixing follwing sizes wooden
storage system made out of 19mm thick BWR grade block
board for front, side, back, top & bottom and pasted with
1.0 mm thick approved laminate and providing shutters
with spring loaded hinges of approved make including the
cost of providing handles, lock, required no. of shelves,
filing hangers, latches, magnet catch, etc. as required and
matching finish the counters & interiors. The rate should
be inculsive of painting with 2 coats of enamel paint. (The
design should be got approved from the Bank before
execution).

5 SIDE TABLE
Supplying following sizes side tables made out of 19mm
thick block board BWR grade with drawers, shelves,
openable shutters with spring loaded hinges etc. All the
exposed surfaces shall be pasted with 1 mm thick laminate
of approved colour/ make. The inside/ inner surfaces shall
be painted with 2 coats of enamel paint. The rate should
inclusive of all necessary hardwares, locks, handles
complete with polishing etc. (The design of the table
should be got approved by the bank before
commencement of work.) (The below given sizes may vary
according to the site conditions. hence the contractor
should confirm the size of table before supply and the
variation in rate will be worked out in case of change in
size)

6 FALSE CEILING
6.1 Supplying and fixing totally flush made to shape false
ceiling with gypsum board out of the following material
including finishing with jointing compound,paper tape, one
coat of primer two coats of approved quality and shade
plastic emulsion paint as per approved samples complete
including preparing the surface etc.12.5mm thick
gypboard fixed to the metal frame as per the conditions.
Ceiling channel (MF5) 80mmx26mmx0.5mm at every
457mm centre to centre. Intermediate channel (MF7)
l5mmx45mmx0.9mm at every 1220 mm centre to centre.
Perimeter channel (MF6A) 20mmx27m all along the wall.
Strap hanger (MFB) on suspending the framework
25mmx0.5mm with nuts and bolts (P526) 6.4mmxl2.7mm
Connecting clip (MF9) 2.63mm Dry wall screws 25mm long
Dash fastener/rawlplug 12.5mm dia.x35mm long with
6mm dia.bolt. Soffit cleat 27mmx37mmx25mmx1.6mm

6.2 2'-0”X2'-0” Silhouette Grid False Ceiling:- Providing
and fixing in true horizontal level false ceiling grid system
of Armstrong World Industries/Insula/Daikin etc.. The
suspension system shall be 2'-0”X2'-0” plain grid system
with 15mm wide flanges main runners and cross tees to
have mitred ends with “birds mouth “ notches to provide
mitred cruciform junctions. Main runners to be spaced at
4'-0” fixed by using 2mm pre-straightened GI wire. Main
tee, rotary stitched of size 15mm x 44mm x 3600mm at
every 4'-0” c/c maximum and 4'-0” cross tee of size 15mm
x 44mm x 1200mm at every 2'-0” c/c maximum and 2'-0”
cross tee of size 15mm x 44mm x 600mm at every 4'-0”
c/c maximum and 19mm x 19mm x 3000mm wall angle
alround the wall to form grid size of 2'-0” x 2'-0” and
suspending the grid using 2mm pre-straightened GI wire
and 6mm nylon rawl plug at every 4'-0” intervals at the
main tee and laying of 15 mm thick mineral fiber tiles
manufactured by Armstrong/Insula/Daikin etc. of size 2'-

7 TABLES
Providing and making tables of following sizes with two
drawers & one cabinet units made out of 19mm thick
block board BWR grade of approved make (chemicaly
treated). All the exposed surfaces shall be pasted with
1mm thick laminate of approved colour/ make. The inside/
inner surfaces shall be painted with 2 coats of enamel
paint. The rate should inclusive of the cost of providing
key board drawer with telescopic channel, all necessary
edge beading/ moulding, foot rest,CPU stands sliding
channels for drawers, hardwares, locks, handles complete
with polishing etc. (The design of the table should be got
approved by the bank before commencement of work.)

 8 WALL PAINTING
Plastic emulsion paint : Cleaning the surface of the wall &
applying two coats of wall putty followed by one coat of
primer and applying a minimum of two coats of acrylic
emulsion paint of Asian or equivalent make of approved
shade to give neat uniform finish. Rate to included cost of
all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding etc. complete.

Alteration of existing conference table to required size as
per instruction and necessary rectification of damaged
patches with matching ply and laminates.

site.Plastering and painting the affected area to be flush

Demolishing existing Kadappa steps and providing new

drawing. The exposed area maybe painted with 2 coats
