Note : Our Scope

1. Flooring remains same as on site and no changes will be done.
2. On initial Granite framing – Teak wood framing shall be provided to all the Doors and Windows.
3. All doors shall be converted to Pine wood 40 mm flush door with laminate finish.
4. Wall shall be finished with Gypsum Punning for leveling where ever required.
5. Ceiling designed with Gypsum and Pine / Teak wood as per approved designed from client.
6. All Aluminum windows shall remain the same as on site.
7. Curtains , Mattress , Cushions and certain decorative items are not included.
8. Wherever wall paneling and partitions are created , Aluminum pipe section shall be used.
9. Paint – Asian Royale paint shall be used.
10. Texture , cladding etc. shall be provided where necessary.
11. Electrical – Wire of RR Cable or Polycab shall be used. Switch Modules of GM shall be used.
12. Electrical appliances e.g. Microwave, Refrigerator ,Chimney , Split unit, Invertor, Television etc. are not
included.
13. Master Bed Room & Children Room Balcony, Decoration shall be charged extra.
Where Flooring (artificial Grass) and Other required accessories shall be provided by Client.

14. Hardware Specification –

• Hinges shall be Stainless Steel premium quality,
• Locks all Doors – Europa,
• Handles – As per design Antique or Steel Finish.
• Tower Bolt – Antique or Steel Finish.

Note : Client Scope

1. Civil Demolition and Reconstruction charges will be borne by Client.
2. Wall paper if used shall be purchased by Client.
3. All Bathroom accessories shall be provided by Client
4. Electrical fitting , e.g. Fan , Light, Chandelier etc. are not included and shall be in Client scope.
5. Glass films wherever used are provide by Client.
