 Specifications Terms And Conditions
S.No SPECIFICATIONS:
1 Plywood used in bedrooms and other areas will be M.R.Grade ISI Certified hard Plywood.
2 Laminated surface on the doors outside will be 1MM and inside shutter will be 0.8MM where ever specified will be of Greenlam ,Merino
Or Royal Crown in equivalent budget.
3 Hardware used will be SS hinges of TELCO, zincalloy, brass handles, Telescopic channels of standard brand for draws.Telescopic
channels of SLEEK BY ASIAN PAINTS make.
4 All Glassess will be in Modi Guard or Saint Gobin.
5 Selection of the Laminate will not extend more than Rs.100 per sft of GREENLAM or MERINO or ROYAL CROWN .
6 Laminated surface will be of 1mm of Royal Crown/Greenlam Brand which will not extend more than Rs.1500 per sheet.
7 Two lock for one cupboard of Europa make is provided if any extra lock it is charged as per actuals.
8 Kitchen Acessories is not in consultany scope.
9 Kitchen bottom storage with Marine ply Bwp including laminate finish.
10 Chimney and Hub is not in consultancy scope.
11 Door handle in brass with steel finish and size of handle is upto 8" if beyond size is extra as per actuals and budget of 150 per handle.
12 Granite work and tile work is as per actual along with service charge.
13 Electrical work & chippig work is as per actuals along with service charges.
14 Painting after the wood work is done as per actuals after taking estimation from painter.
15 Any extra work is done it is quoted as per mentioned sft rate depending on items.
16 Cordination of extra works apart from consultancy scope is charged as per actuals and service charge is added @10% on the over all cost.
17 Bath room accessories fitting chrges will be @ Rs.1000 per bathroom.
SlNo TERMS:
1 60% of the above sum as intial payment as the work commence.
2 20% after completion of frame work.
3 10% once lamination is completed.
4 5% before final ing is started.
5 5% once glass work is started.
6 Period of completion is 90 days from the date of commencement of work.
7 100% payment for Kitchen accessories,chimney , Electrical work, Granite work, False ceiling and Floor guard.
