Material Description
1. For ceiling work, we will use gorjon wood, partex board / commercial board, white mat anamel color.
2. For wall and kitchen cabinet work we will use red oak board front side, frame gorjon board, Sagun bit
outside frame and door, front side licker polish, anamel paint inside and plastic board outer wall side
and kitchen down cabinet use plastic board.
3. For electrical work we will use brb, eastern, sq cable and other standard materials.
4. Other work completed as per standard way and charge will be applicable based on market rate.
5. Folding door made by Sagun wood, glass, licker polish finishing.
6. All rate excluding VAT/TAX & ATI.

Note:
If any problem arise in site likes project materials or costing, which is require for site successively effort, then
client and working company will take any decision with mutual understanding.

In working time on site there is any additional work arise it will be done by both party’s mutual concern.
Additional material and working charge will be added on market price.
