Swamiji, I am a trustee of Shri Ram Karmabhumi Nyas Trust, Buxar which was launched on 08 th Nov 2022
through Sant Mahasammelan and inaugurated by Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Shri
Mohan Bhagwat ji and attended by notable saints like Padmavibhushan Jagatguru Ramanandacharya Shri
Rambhadracharya Ji Maharaj. We are thankf ul for his holiness' message and blessings on the occasion.

As a trustee of Shri Ram Karmabhumi Nyas Trust, I propose to launch Sringeri - Kashmir Mission keeping in view
Sringeri and Sharada Devi association with Kashmir.

Our Chief Patron and Founder Trustee, Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey, honourable Union Minister of State for
Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Govt of India is very
keen to pursue this matter and hence has authorised me to meet you in this regard.

Therefore, I am enclosing a brief note on 'Sringeri - Kashmir Mission' along with this letter for your perusal. I

The promotion of the idea of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' has been one of the major focus areas of the central
government guided by the vision of the Prime Minister. One of the initiatives reflecting this vision was 'Kashi Tamil
Sangamam', that was organised in Kashi (Varanasi) in Nov 2022

The month-long Kashi-Tamil Sangamam is another sterling example of efforts by the central government to foster national
integration by strengthening the country's cultural roots which also include renovation of ancient temples and
construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

Sri Sringeri Math has always strived to deepen the country' s cultural roots since its inception by Sri Adi Shankaracharya
and has fostered the links between different regions specially the north and the south.

On the lines of 'Kashi-Tamil Sangamam' we propose to work under your guidance and in conjunction with the central
government and launch 'Sringeri - Kashmir Mission'

Please find below some suggestions for your consideration in this regard

Sharada Jagadamba is revered across the country and has famous temples in the north and south. She is the
Goddess of learning. Since Sri Sringeri Math is associated with the new Sharada temple in Teetwal in Kupwara
district of Jammu and Kashmir, a festival on the lines of Kashi-Tamil Sangamam can be planned involving the
Sringeri Mutt and t he temples in Kashmir.

Discourses in Hindi by saints from the South on the legacy of Sri Adi Shankaracharya may be organized in the
northern parts of t he country.

Social media and films / small videos of the spiritual connect between the north and the south may be created in

different languages.

Regular tours could be organized that connect Kalady in Kera la, the birthplace of Sri Adi Shankaracharya with other
places associated with him in different parts of the country.

Debates and essay competitions can be organized on the legacy of Sri Adi Shankaracharya in schools and colleges.

Life and message of Sri Adi Shankaracharya should be part of school syllabus. Southern languages should be taught
in schools in north India.

Shri Ram Karmabhumi Nyas Trust would like to work together with Sri Sringerl Math and make 'Sringeri - Kashmir
a grand success in collaboration with the central government.
