EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Syarikat Harry Enterprise is a retail & food service establishment company that sells
2 types of products (Saudi Gold Band Products & N Food Brand Products). We will provide
our customers with excellent service and quality items.
We are seeking for more funds (CAPITAL) as we believe that we will be able to generate a
good profit for Syarikat Harry Enterprise, within the period of 6 months. As now we have
2,780 potential customers and at this moment 245 client already open few account with us.
As for this matter above, we believe that more clients will be joining us, we required to have
more funds to accommodate all our future customers.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
We are in the retail & food service business, and we will be selling 2 type of products (Saudi Gold
Brand Products & N Food Brand Products). We know that our products are something people
will always need, and we will be able to offer those products at an affordable price because our
products are already in market with a very reasonable price,
We will be able to compete in the market because we will provide many special offer and also we
will also provide all this special offer to our clientele at certain area whereby others cannot provide,
All Saudi Gold products & N Food Brand products are certified by Jakim, ISO and Veterinary Dept
of Malaysia, we also have our internal Halal community to ensure the raw material we are getting
are safe, clean and fulfil Halal requirement.

OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT
Syarikat Harry Enterprise located at Taman Penampang, and our storage located at Lot 23A,
Lorong 1C, KKIP Selatan, Taman RBF, Industrial Zone 2, KKIP, 88460 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah,
Malaysia.
We sell our product from this location. We do have a website based business (such as facebook).
For now we have 5 employees. (1 Assistant Manager, 1 Administration Officer, 1 Sales Executive,
1 Merchandiser, 1 Promoter)
There are things we will need in the initial start up, including list of inventory and we will have to
purchase product, displays for the product, etc.
For all our a product in the market, we already have all the research information and analysis
regarding the sales forecast.
And also will provide a sales financial forecast and will try to achieve our sales target.
