Bhular Para Agro Farm Ltd is a Global Trading and Procurement

Company that trades and sources many different products for our
customers. With discipline and ethics, Bhular Para Agro Farm Ltd
possesses a thorough understanding of the global procurement and
trading market gained through our business experience since 2014.

To ensure success of B P Agro Farm Ltd has a global procurement

network with offices in China, Korea, Japan and Malaysia. Before
inception of B P Agro Farm Ltd, its Managing Director started
importing and supplying the Agro machineries (Like-Color Shorter,
Paddy Cleaner & Separator, Rice Whitener, Rice Grader etc) to
different Auto Rice Mills since 2008. By this time a global network
has been formed with those entrepreneurs who have the large
demand of procuring Non Traditional Products like-Mill Scale, Sea
Sand, Leather, Zink Oxide wastage, Pet Flakes etc. In order to
provide our customers demand with quality products at competitive
price, management established this company in the strategic global
markets with new abovementioned non conventional demands.

Bhular Para Agro Farm Ltd is aiming to explore new markets of the
world and offering them nontraditional export oriented products. It is
adding values to these nontraditional products and standing apart
from traditional exporters of other countries. The plan of our
company is to collect the recyclable products from the marginal
peasants and ensure best prices to them. Though the size of export
revenue will be increased in years to come, the export proceeds will
hit our bank account after shipping out the Products. Hence, a
significant amount of working capital is needed upfront. We are
expecting to obtain reasonable amount of fund from a financier at
competitive cost to manage this business and grow together.

Mill Scale:
Mill scale, often shortened to just scale, is the flaky surface of hot
rolled steel, consisting of the iron oxides iron(II) oxide (FeO), iron(III)
oxide (Fe2O3), and iron(II,III) oxide (Fe3O4, magnetite).

Mill scale is formed on the outer surfaces of plates, sheets or

profiles when they are being produced by rolling red hot iron or steel
billets in rolling mills. Mill scale is composed of iron oxides mostly
ferric and is bluish black in color. It is usually less than 0.1 mm
(0.0039 in) thick and initially adheres to the steel surface and
protects it from atmospheric corrosion provided no break occurs in
this coating.

Mill scale is one of waste materials which is produced as a result of
hot rolling of steel in all steel companies. On the other hand, mill
scale is considered a rich iron source with minimum impurities. This
work aims at conversion of mill scale by adjusting smelting
processes to produce different valuable products. The smelting
processes were carried out using carbothermic reduction in a
submerged arc furnace. Two carbonaceous reducing agents and
different fluxing materials have been used to adapt optimum
smelting process condition. A maximum iron recovery of 83% was
obtained by using graphite compared with 76% obtained by using
coke. Low sulphur content (≤0.02 wt% S) can be attained by using
graphite as a reducing agent in amount that equals or exceeds the
stoichiometric molar ratio. By using coke, the highest degree of
desulfurization of 97.8% and much lower content of sulphur in the
castable metal (0.0028 wt% S) were obtained by controlling the type
and quantity of the flux. The results reveal that mill scale waste can
be converted into valuable products such as high purity iron as
alternative to Sorel metal used in ductile iron production, low carbon
steel, and free cutting steel.

China has huge demand of mill scale. In the last year we provided
huge quantity to exporter.

Jute Stick Charcoal:

Bangladesh is the country who produces large quantity of Jute in
the world. We used to separate the jute fiber and jute stick. The jute
fiber is used in manufacturing textile, packing, rope, paper, bags
and many more. The jute stick is mainly used to produce board,
charcoal and cooking purpose. But now many entrepreneurs are
manufacturing high quality charcoal and powder from jute stick here
in Bangladesh. This charcoal and powder are exported to Europe,
Korea, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and UAE.

China is a big market for our jute stick charcoal dust powder. Korea,
Japan, Taiwan and other countries also have demand for the ashes,
as those are used for making dry cell batteries, cosmetics, carbon
paper, computer ink and various chemical products.The China-
Bangladesh joint venture Company started exporting the charcoal
powder to China from 2015.

 Jute Stick Jute Stick Charcoal Powder

The country exported jute stick carbon to China and earned Tk 140
million during last fiscal year 2015-16. Countries like Japan, Turkey,
the United States, Australia, Taiwan, Canada and Mexico have
demand for charcoal powder.

One Company at Pabna exported 110 tonnes of powder to China in

the last four months and earned $1,00,000. Each tonne was
exported for $800 to $1,000 where each tonne of sticks cost Tk
4,000 to 5,000.According to the Department of Jute, nearly 30 lakh
tonnes of jute sticks are produced in the country every year and a
large portion of them are used as firewood and for making fences in

rural areas. If half of the total produce could be used for making
ashes, it is possible to earn $30,00,000 to $35,00,000 annually.

Zinc Dust:
Zinc ashes, including mixtures of zinc oxide and metallic zinc,
baghouse dust, and galvanizer's ash is a recyclable product.
Basically Zinc oxide is an inorganic compound with
the formula ZnO. ZnO is a white powder that is insoluble in water,
and it is widely used as an additive in numerous materials and
products including rubbers, plastics, ceramics, glass, cement,
lubricants, paints, ointments, adhesives, sealants, pigments, foods,
batteries, ferrites, fire retardants, and first-aid tapes. Now- a-days
Zinc oxide powder is used for making make-up pigment, sunscreen,
bath soaps, nail products, and lotions.

Although Zinc oxide occurs naturally as the mineral zincite, most

zinc oxide is produced synthetically, in our country Mostly
Galvanizing industry using Zinc for electroplating. After ending
galvanizing process waste zinc as zinc oxide can be easily
collecting and reuse it. In china huge demand of ZnO for recycling.

PET Flakes:
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) flakes are used as the raw
material for a range of products that would otherwise be made of
polyester. Examples include polyester fibres (a base material for the
production of clothing, pillows, carpets, etc.), polyester sheets,
strapping, or back into PET bottles.

Once the PET bottles have been sorted and crushed, the flakes are
exported to China, Korea, Vietnam and Thailand. The importing
countries use the flakes to make Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF),
which are used in spinning mills. PSF is a base material for clothing,
pillows, carpets and polyester sheets. Around the world, about 1.5
million tons of PET are collected per year, the majority of it in
Europe. In Bangladesh, the sector is also creating much needed
jobs for thousands of poor children and women who survive by
collecting at least 100 tons of PET bottles per day.

Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) recycling industry in Bangladesh

has great future. The South Asian country exported more than
20,000 tons of PET flakes, the shredded version of plastic bottles,
last year sorted from the 3,000 factories across the country
dedicated to recycling. The industry generated about $10 million in
2007 and has grown annually at a rate of 20 percent.
