behalf of whom, I have to address you as under:-

1. My Client states that my Client is the wife of MR. ALI M. JOWKAR,

enjoying peaceful possession of the aforesaid flat, being my Client’s
matrimonial home.

2. My Client states that after the marriage of my Client, she had joined her
matrimonial home with her husband and she is equally entitled to look
after the said flat with regards to making payments and other deeds. My
Client further states that as she is the Resident of the aforesaid flat, she is
legally entitled to pay the maintenance charges and other necessary
charges with respect to the said Flat No. 1806.

3. My Client further wants to illuminate that she is in use and possession of

the above said flat for which my Client must be provided with all her
basic rights like other members in the society.

4. My Client states that to be familiar with the daily affairs in the Society,
she urges to add her in the whatsapp group of the Society, so that she can
get the daily important news of the Society and keep herself updated in
every necessary aspect.

5. My Client further requests you to accept the said payment and issue
receipt in my Client’s name i.e. Mrs. Shumaila Mohammad Jowkar,
with regards to difference between my Client and my husband is already
subjudice before the Hon’ble Court in the D.V Matter.
