I hereby state that by virtue of this Acknowledgement of Ownership, I

represent, warrant, and covenant, by which such representations, warranties and
covenants shall survive the execution and delivery of this Acknowledgement of
Ownership, as follows:

4.1 I have no claim, right or action of whatsoever nature, whether past,

present, or contingent against ELEANOR ABELLA PLACIDES or any of his agents,
representatives, attorneys-in-fact, heirs administrators, executors, successors, and
assigns.
4.2 I will not be a party to nor testify in any proceeding that may be filed for
and in my behalf by anyone against ELEANOR ABELLA PLACIDES or any of his agents,
representatives, attorneys-in-fact, heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and
assigns in relation to, arising from, or resulting from any incidents or ownership over
the Property.
