Developing a personalised visibility and
communication strategy is important for
your business to ensure that you do not
remain the world’s best kept secret.
As incredible and talented as you are; you

can't grow a profitable business, or create
the impact you desire, if no one knows
about you or your mission.
Your Visibility strategy needs to be

tailored to you, your business model,
your mission and the impact you desire to
achieve.
For example, I have launched my own

Top 10 podcast, have been interviewed
as a guest on dozens of other podcasts
and events, speak on international stages
and am in the process of releasing my
book.
But what is right for me is not always
what is right my clients; so we work Meeting CEO of Hay House, Reid
together to create something bespoke Tracy to submit my book proposal
and tailored that will create the big
results they truly desire.

Create a Visibility +
Communication Strategy
When you speak from a place of mission and purpose, miracles happen.
Following on from speaking at Forbes in Berlin, I was invited as a key
note speaker to the Forbes Annual SuperWoman Summit in Vienna,
and to collaborate with the Forbes China team supporting their female
entrepreneur community.
This came about because I spoke from a place of pure passion that is
magnetising and creates incredible opportunities like this, and the same
can be true for you.
I share this with clients to emphasise the importance of a clear visibility

and communication strategy, and also to emphasise that why you want
to say something is as important as how you say it.
My clients have created incredible success as a result of embracing this

and have obtained international media attention, launched their
podcasts, published their books, been interviewed on high profile media

Mindset & Manifestation
Mindset
Success is 80% Psychology & 20% skill
Mindset relates to your self-identity and belief system. You could have
the world’s greatest strategy but if you don’t see yourself as someone
who is capable of speaking on global stages, getting paid to be you and
share your unique message, then how will ever succeed at achieving it?
Every time you move forward, those limiting beliefs would appear telling
you all the reasons you shouldn't even try and so you never take action to
create the results you know in your heart you desire and deserve.
Growing up, my belief was that it was impossible to pursue my passion in

life and create financial freedom. So, I did not even try. Until I learned the
truth. That is part of the reason I am now so passionate about teaching
visionary women like you to dream big and pursue your wildest dreams.
Many entrepreneurs that I work with have a unique message and mission
they are wildly passionate about and desire to share it with the world, but,
they are holding onto limiting beliefs which are preventing them from
following through or doing what it takes to achieve the level of success
they desire.
This shows up in the way of procrastination, welcoming distractions,

excuse making, not being visible, watering down their message or playing
small. Investing in your mindset is a game changer and will support you to
take action on the steps you know you can take and create the success
you truly desire.

Action Steps
There is so much we can cover on the topic of mindset. Here are 3 steps
you can begin mastering so you can AIM for success now:
Attitude: Begin every morning conditioning your mind to be in a

state of positivity. The best way to do this is through a consistent
practice of gratitude. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude by
journaling 10 things every day you are grateful for.
This will put you into a high manifestation frequency and support
you in seeing the opportunities that are available to you in
spreading your message.
Intention: In every segment of your day, set a clear intention on

what exactly you want to achieve and what outcom e you want to
create. For example, if meeting with someone new; set it clear in
your mind how you want that interactionto unfold and what the
ideal outcome will look like for both of you. Incredible speaking
opportunities have come my way from turning up to a meeting
with a clear intention & sharing my message authentically.
Meaning: Set backs and challenges are an unavoidable

consequence of pursuing passionately your mission in life. These
are necessary for you to grow and evolve. It is the meaning you
attach to themthat is key. Do you see failure as a bad thing or as
the next step towards your success? Re-frame every obstacle as
an opportunity and find the learning lesson.

To pursue your passion, share your message

with the world and attract high profile media
attention, you need to start taking aligned
action. The key word here being ALIGNED.
Just being busy is not going to get you

very far and it certainly will not make the
journey ahead enjoyable for you. The power
is truly in your hands to take the first step
and turn your dreams into an exciting reality.
Many people believe that to be successful,

they need to work hard moving from one level
to the next. That is not true.
Quantum manifestations are open and

available to you and I want to show you how.
Quantum manifestations enable you to

achieve massive improvements without the
need to go through each logical next step.
Some examples from my own life include;

going from watching world renowned coach
and Law of Attraction teacher Bob Proctor
online, to two weeks later, sitting down to
interview him in his home in Toronto; meeting
Working with Law of Attraction
the love of my life in two weeks
legend Bob Proctor from The Secret.
(and it was SO easy and fun) and going from
earning £0 to £75k in 30 days.

Action Steps
Create new habits – to be among the 1% requires you do

what 99% of people will not. The fastest way to accelerate
your long- term success is to begin mastering each day by
beginning with a solid morning routine.
Moving your body each morning so you have the
energy and clarity to achieve your big goals
Affirming your intentions for success using mantras

and visualisations
Planning the day ahead to avoid distractions and

remain focused
Energy work – you attract into your life, not what you
want, but that which you are.
It is like tuning your radio into the station of your
dreams. If you’re on 96fm and your dream is on 102fm,
no matter how much harder you try, or more hours you
work, you will never tune into or achieve your desire.
That is why getting into energetic alignment with your
goal is so important.
One of the fastest ways to do this through

meditation. Manifestation is such an important part of
your success that I include energy work in my
coaching program for all private clients.

Study – to succeed in creating the business you desire you
must first believe it is possible and have faith that it will work
out. The best way to develop a mindset of resilience and
faith, is through continuous learning and studying. I would
highly recommend you study the Laws of the Universe so you
are not wishing or hoping, but rather you know with certainty
that you will achieve your goals.
