Subject: Invitation for Commerce and Management Fest: CAMFEST-2023.

Respected Sir/Madam,
The college is immensely delighted to invite you for two-day Commerce and
Management Fest: CAMFEST 2023 (Fest for the Best) to be organized on 20th – 21st
January, 2023 by the Faculty of Commerce of the college.
Over the years, the college has been offering a platform to the young students of the
city to express their ideas and creativity, display their talents and skills through numerous fun
and adventurous activities in the field of Commerce and Management.
The college hereby invites teams from your prestigious institution/ department for
participation in the two-day Inter-College events to be organized during the fest.
Participants should register themselves latest by 18th January, 2023. Details of the
event along with the Registration Form are enclosed herewith.

Rules
Inter College Debate Competition (20-01-2023)
 Each college must send team of two participants, one in Favour and one
Against the motion
 Each participant will be given 4 minutes to present his/her views. Bell will
ring after three (03) minutes, after which one (01) extra minute will be
given.
 Judges' decision will be final and binding.
 The candidate will also face Interjection Round (A Question Round from
Judges)
 Criteria of Judgement will be Content, Originality, Diction and Judges
Interjection Round response.
 Preferred languages will be Hindi or English.

Inter College CAM-QUIZ (21-01-2023)

 The concerned College/ Institute can send a team of 2 members as
participants with the authorization letter and ID Card.
 Only one team from any Institute/ College will be allowed.
 Quiz will be based on Commerce and Management.
 Quiz will be conducted in 3 Rounds.
 Round one will be Elimination Round.
 Decision of Quiz Master will be considered as the final decision.
 Reporting Time - 9.30 am
