properly and also experts to design the menu, also hire a manager with previous work experience
so that he can satisfy the customers. Moreover, they should have a store in a commercial area to
attract and promote customers at no cost, and instead of using RBW as a name they should
highlight the word burger more so that people have an idea of just the name. They should focus
equally on their brand as well On their vision of "real food". Burgers should be promoted in such
a way that consumers have the idea that they are actually real and healthy. Moreover, customer
feedback plays an important role in the food industry so that companies can get an idea of
customers’ needs and wants and try to satisfy them as this is an essential aspect of marketing a
new company leading to success.
