Provided daily communication with current and prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in

person appointments and walk-ins


Performed clerical and customer service functions including greeting, routing telephone calls, and
scheduling appointments, processing academic and administrative documentation and performing data
entry.
Develop programme implementation plan, evaluation, and community outreach activities
Plan, execute and evaluate activities and programmes for active aging
members and senior volunteers.
Establish collaboration with corporate and institutional partners, and
volunteers/voluntary groups for running of programmes.
Liaise with external agencies and grassroots organisations, etc. to tap on
external resources and/or publicise programmes
Require to conduct home visitations, befriending services.
Assist to liaise and refer the needy cases to other service providers for further
assistance.
Answer telephone inquiries, simple book-keeping, filing, recording and intake/
registration of clients etc
Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by Director, Manager,
Head of Department/Centre from time to time
Plan and conduct seniors outreach activities to know our seniors in the assigned service boundary.
Conduct/support active ageing programmes suitable to our seniors and encourage active participation
from seniors
Engage/Partner with our community partners and relevant government agencies to support their
programmes for seniors
Promote NTUC Health services and programmes, from time to time. Where required, coordinate care and
support services through internal referral or external agencies
Support any seniors outreach events and programmes that may happen after office hours and on
weekends when needed
Carry out administrative functions such as data entry, record keeping and report submissions in a
promptly and accurately
Support outreach to attract more seniors to join the centre
Carry out home visits and help with the community screening requirement for our seniors

resources to meet those needs

begin their duties

Maintaining relationships with local businesses and community leaders to identify opportunities for
