Sub: Application to conduct Major Program on the Topic “Road Safety”.

Madam,

The Bicholim Legal Aid Cell wants to conduct the major program in the city of Bicholim to
create and spread awareness on the topic “Road Safety”.

The Inspector of the Traffic Cell Mrs Gourish Malik has been appointed as the speaker for
our major program and Dr. Chandrakant Shetye the local MLA of Bicholim Constituency as
our Chief Guest for our major program.

The program will be conducted as on 4th of February at Ramakant Shetye Banquet Hall,
above Bank of Baroda, Bicholim at 4.30 pm to 6.30pm.

So, I kindly here by request to grant us permission to conduct the same program in the City
of Bicholim also requesting you to attend the same program on the above mentioned date.
