After reading the contents of this unit, download the PDF file The Business Model
Canvas Explained. Read the document and make sure you understand each element
of the business model Canvas. You can also watch the video The Business Model
Canvas - 9 Steps to Creating a Successful Business Model - Startup Tips on
complementary materials for a deeper explanation.

After that, each group should select a company and create The Business Model
Canvas for the company you chose. Please, prepare as a group a PowerPoint
presentation addressing the following elements for the company:

• Customer Segments
• Value Propositions
• Channels
• Customer Relationships
• Key Resources
• Key Activities
• Key Partnerships
• Cost Structure
• Revenue Streams

Finally, one member of each group should save the PowerPoint presentation with the
name of the activity: Business Model Canvas; then, please upload the file to: Unit 4-
Activity 2- Business Model Canvas.
