Ambitions is a big desire that you want to achieve for yourself.

Ambition is also a driving force for someone to achieve something


big in their life. Ambition is usually viewed positively, but sometimes
it is also viewed negatively. Ambition is also a driving force for
someone to achieve something big in their life. Why? Because not
infrequently, someone who has excessive ambition will do everything
he can to make his wish come true. Sometimes it will harm other
people. Therefore for someone who has ambition, you should do
positive things and do it naturally. However, that doesn't mean that if
you don't have ambitions your life will just go smoothly. Without
ambition, usually many people lack a quality of life because their
lives just go on without goals and challenges. This makes them not
aware of the other potential they have but have never honed.
An ambitious person has several qualities that set them apart from the
unambitious. Research has found seven groups of important
psychological characteristics in ambitious people that help them
achieve their goals:
1.Continuously planning and setting specific goals to keep them
focused
2.Staying motivated to achieve their goals and desire for self-
actualization
3.Only being satisfied with themselves when they reach their goals
4.Competitively working alongside others, but for the sake of growth
and success
5.Willingly making changes in their lives to better pursue their goals
and purpose
6.Willingly taking risks but maintaining rational thinking and self-
regulation
7.Keeping flexibility in critical thinking and staying open to new
ideas to help solve problems.

1. Principal
The principal's job is different from that of a class teacher. Generally, principals
don't teach us every day.However, a school principal only teaches certain
subjects and does not teach classes at all.Therefore, we may only know that the
principal's job is to oversee the ceremony.In fact, the principal has a lot of tasks.
One of them is coordinating activities in schools or developing schools.
For example, preparing for a new school year, planning educational programs,
and others.

2. Teacher
The main task of a teacher is to teach. Mr and Mrs teachers teach almost every
day. However, before starting to teach, teachers generally plan a teaching

3. Administration
Administration is in charge of sending information to parents of students.
In addition, administration is also responsible for sending school fees,
registration of new students, and others.

4. School caretaker or janitor
The school guard is responsible for maintaining the school environment. In
