Animal Trade

Today many environmentalists and governments are concerned about the extinction
of species due to human intervention, like the animal trade. Animal trafficking is the
illegal trade in wild animals that are taken from nature.

But despite measures to combat trafficking in endangered species, this trade is

growing globally, because this is highly profitable.

In most countries, there is a low priority for law enforcement compared to other
forms of trafficking. Therefore, the risk of detection and the application of penalties
are very limited.
