The Almighty's saying "And let Allah
help those who stand up for Him" was
the title of the last visual series in which
the Wilayat of the Islamic State
documented their blessed bay'at to
Amirul-Muminin (may Allah Almighty
protect him). In these bay'at all included
jihadi and faith messages that
emphasized the continuation of jihad
and the certainty of Allah Almighty's
victory and that the outcome belongs to
the righteous.
Despite the death of three Qurayshi
Hhalifahs - may Allah have mercy on
them - who gave up their lives in the
battle of tawhid, the mujahidin in the
farthest corners of the earth rushed,
each time, to announce their bay'ah and
to reaffirm that the fight will continue
under the banner of the Imam, upon
the prophetic method, in a practical
application of the verses and legal texts
which - to the soldiers of the Khilafah -
are not just informational slogans, as is
the case with many of the claimants of
jihad, but are what they live by, a
tangible reality on the ground. They do
what they say and are - as Allah Almighty
loves - a single rank and file, a solid
structure, and all credit belongs to Allah
Almighty alone.
In the aftermath of such incidents, one
rejoices to hear the messages of the
mujahidin, the likes of which have been
taking place since the era of the first
Rashidin Khalifah, and which is being
repeated today as if it were one extended
battle that we intend - Allah willing - to
continue until the conquest of Mecca,
Rome, and Jerusalem, become an
accomplished reality and not just
commentary. The message of Sahil
Wilayah, which started the series,
dripped with pride and arrogance as
they snubbed falsehood, saying: “In any
case, we consider the killing of our
shaykhs and amirs, and the killing of
our soldiers in particular, a victory and a
gain of one of the two good ends, an
attainment of one of the two honors.
We do not expect more than that". They
declare without equivocation that they
do not aspire to any more than one of
the two honors: victory or martyrdom.
Such, they exemplify the Almighty's
saying: "Say, 'Are you awaiting anything
to befall us except one of the two
honors'," which Imam at-Tabari
excelled in interpreting by saying: "The
Almighty says: (Say), O Muhammad, to
these hypocrites: Are you expecting
anything more than these two honors?
The two which are better than any
other? Either victory over the enemy
and conquest for us through defeating
them, in which there is reward,
ghanimah, and safety; or they kill us, in
which we gain martyrdom, victory in
Paradise, and deliverance from the Fire.
We love both and abhor neither" [Ijma’a
al-Bayyan].
The message of Pakistan Wilayah was:
"As for us, our path does not depend on
a specific person, for our camp has been
standing since the time of the Messenger
of Allah ‫"ﷺ‬. They addressed the kuffar
and munafiqin harshly saying: 'The
spark that was ignited in Iraq, which
you failed to extinguish, has become a
raging fire of war in the African jungles
and valleys of Khurasan...the blood of
Allah's enemies is now being spilled
from the heights of the East to the pits
of the West, and from the shores of the
North to the deserts of the South".
Certainty erupted from the discourse of
Sinai Wilayah, whose soldiers insisted
on documenting their bay'ah despite
the difficult security conditions, and
said on behalf of their brothers who are
in the frontiers of faith: "If the Crusaders
and their lackeys think that killing our
leaders will dissuade us from this path,
then Allah has in store for them men
who do not forget a grievance, and who
have taken it upon themselves to not
exchange their deen for the dunya, and
to not abandon the Muslim Jama’ah".
"And Let
Allah Help
Those Who
Stand Up For
Him"
Amazing is this jihadi fiqh, in its
keenness and insistence on not
separating from the group in
circumstances so difficult that others are
changing and walking away from their
religion except those whom Allah has
kept steadfast.
These messages and others, some
published while others not, have
brought coolness and peace to the hearts
of the mujahidin and their leaders from
the east to the west of the earth. They
see the expanse of the blessed Khilafah,
bearing fruit in certainty, steadfastness,
and determination to continue the path
despite the ordeals they have
encountered. Their speeches resonate
over the earth, echoing back to the
vigilant listeners as one sound as if it
were one speech! No wonder for this is
the unity of Islam that can only be
achieved through the path of one
Khalifah and one Imam.
The Islamic State has conveyed its
message to the whole world, that the
blood of its leaders, who are killed in the
battles of servitude to Allah Almighty, is
the fuel for the victory that many
previously sought, but lost the way.
The Islamic State has paved the path to
victory with the blood and corpses of its
leaders and soldiers and has affirmed
that the victory for which they gifted
their blood will not be achieved except
by supporting the deen of Allah
Almighty and establishing His Shari'ah.
This will not be accomplished except by
jihad for the sake of Allah Almighty and
upon the methodology of His Prophet
‫ﷺ‬. What matters is not that you fight,
but why do you fight? It is not important
that you be killed, but the important
thing is under which banner you are
killed? Accordingly, Allah Almighty
does not support a servant who worships
other than Him and associates others
with Him! He does not support he who
rules and is ruled by other than His
Book and the Sunnah of His Prophet
‫ﷺ‬, and He does not support he who is
hostile to His allies and is friendly to
His enemies.
Many became lost on their path to
victory, so they asked for it from other
than Allah! Then they asked for it far
from the dome of victory, and under the
dome of parliament! The roof above fell
upon them! As for the soldiers of the
Khilafah and its leaders, they walk the
path to victory as their Lord, glory be to
Him, showed it to them. They seek it
under the dome of victory that His
Book, the Most High, appointed for
them. Imam Ibn al-Qayyim summed it
up in five things: "Steadfastness,
abundance of dhikr, obedience to Allah
and His Messenger, unity of word, and
the fifth: the premise of all that, its
pillar, and its foundation, is patience
These are five things upon which the
dome of victory is built" [Al-Furusiyah].
At-Tabari said in the interpretation of
His saying "And let Allah help those
who stand up for Him": "Let Allah help
those who fight for His sake, so that His
supreme word may reign over His
enemy. To this end, Allah supports His
servant, who in turn supports his Lord
through jihad in His sake, and His word
ultimately becomes supreme" [At-
Tafsir]. This is the path, O soldiers of
the Khilafah. There is no other.
Continue walking it, accelerate your
steps, and let Allah help those who stand
up for Him.
