As per VOC Step 1. We checked the AVN (Audio Video Navigation) not working. Step 2.

We initially
checked the electric supply and the wiring to AVN which was found fine for getting it more clear we
more forward to the fuse box and apparently a fuse was found burned. after replacement of fuse we
start the AVN and on the very next second we noticed the burn out of the newly replaced fuse. replacing
the existing AVN with the new didn't end up with any sort of burnout in the fuse box. The consistent
burnout of fuse is due to the faulty AVN.

You are requested to guide us further for aforementioned issue

No repair history or modification exist related to discussed issue.

1) Checked and found customer voice correct that his vehicle having infotainment system stuck
problem. 2) Infotainment system stuck on KIA logo after starting. 3) Remove infotainment
system and found connectors fitted properly. 4) Checked wirring and fuses that was also found
normal. 5) 6) Checked voltages that was found also normal. 7) Update the software of
infotainment system, after sometime problem again occurs.

The customer reported a concern of Bluetooth connectivity issue. It does not connect. first of all,
problem was verified at dealership, afterward, system was reset, but problem did not resolve.

Moving forward, we have also inspected lose Connection Harnesses and Couplers but found in
satisfactory condition. later infotainment system was also updated with provided software i.e.
QLPEPV30_200205_092556_M04 but software is not being updated. It seems to be Internal malfunction
of the Head Unit or its circuit. Please suggest way forward
