HSEQ Objectives 2nd Half - Year 2016

The Objectives of the Ship Management Dept. shall be consistent to the overall
objectives of the MILAHA, enter alia, to contribute towards its achievement. The
objectives for this year are set as:

1. Maintain efficient ships’ schedule of voyage so that delay time doesn’t


exceed a total of (150 Hours/Year) for whole fleet, which is equal to
(0.022%) for one ship.

2. Maintain Safe Working Practice Onboard to limit the LTI to a maximum of


(80 Hours/Year) for whole fleet.

3. Provide for efficient Technical Operation and Running of the Machinery so


that the Breakdown (Accidental) time doesn’t exceed (400 Hours/Year)
which is equal to (1.40 days/Month) or (0.0076%) for one ship.

4. Limit the Number of Conditions of Class of ship to (1 C.o.C/Year), and the


number of NCNs in external Audit to (3/One Ship).

5. Limit the number of deficiencies raised by inspector of a Port Stat Control


(PSC) to (3) deficiencies/Ship/Year.
