Having worked with many large, global organisations across various communication-related disciplines,
including advertising and PR, digital communications, internal communication, employee analytics and
e-learning, Michael joined Kit Loong in 2018 as he saw the potential of the company to grow both
nationally and internationally and wanted to be part of that exciting journey. Responsible for all aspects
of group marketing initially, including working on a rebrand, internal service/solutions realignment,
outbound marketing and sales-focused campaigns, Michael is now also responsible for heading up the
launch of our new service offer, SC3OCT Mobile, as well as sales management responsibility for the Oil,
Gas & Chemical channel within the business.
Chuah has a total of 15 years B2B experience in the building materials for construction industry,
especially related to cement and concrete. Through these years he has gained vast experience in the
commercial and technical aspect of the cement and concrete industry.

Well over 10 years of experience in the commercial tyre industry building private brands in the Malaysian
market, Chuah joined Kit Loong in 2019 to be responsible for developing and sales management in the
industrial and development industrial channel which focuses on all fleets servicing the construction
sector, including mining and materials.
