to her was a big picture of Henry when he was young, he was handsome, not the fat old
man, Margaret asked Catherine if he has some many wives, Catherine said yes, Catherine
found some letters from the other wives of Henry. Him first wife “Katherine of Aragon”
Katherine and Henry have one child, Catherine tell Margaret that Henry wasn’t all bad, he
was clever riding horses, tennis, writing and playing music. Henry divorced Katherine

Henry wanted a new wife to have sons. His second wife was “Anne Boleyn”, Henry was in
love with her for about 7 years before they married, Henry have a lot of mistresses, Henry

Parr was the sixth wife of Henry, she tells that she was worried about King Edward, he only
has 9 years old, Catherine married Thomas in may 1547, few months after Henry’s death.

Opinion:
The book was interesting for me, it can be seen that royalty has always had a lot of power,
King Henry's change was a lot, since he changed a lot and was always angry, for me he was
not very empathetic with his wives because he left them when they did not have sons, that
they replace him when he dies.
