Physical exercise for

astronauts
THE IRON:
To perform this exercise correctly you have to keep your arms
bent, out and straight. The shoulder blades are squeezed and
the back is extended or opened so that the body is completely
upright or parallel to the floor. The thighs must be pressed up
while the heels are stretched.

These are the muscles that are worked.

SETS: 3 sets of 1 minute
