    After change PIC, or change SN you SDconnect, you can have this error.

    I,possible update with Admin tool.

    Need open you SDconnect and solder connector

    Now, connect any programmer that supports chip PIC18F8680

    And programmed you chip. And now you can update you Sdconnect with standard Admin tool.
