Since the beginning of time people have used different healing and health care techniques and practices. From shamans to
medicine men and women, from those proficient in adjusting bones to those who knew how to attend to wounds and

have come out of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) techniques that have been practiced and refined for thousands of
years and are still prescribed on a regular basis. Most of these come from a branch of TCM called Qi Gong. Qigong which
translates into the function of energy or energy work, teaches you techniques to help aid the flow of energy in your body to
promote healing and health. This book is a compilation of some of the simplest and most effective Qigong techniques

What distinguishes SFQ from other Qigong schools – and something that its founder, Master Chunyi Lin, is adamant about, is
its simplicity. SFQ teaches that you were born a healer. You have the capacity to significantly impact your own health by
practicing simple Qigong exercises and techniques to heal current problems and to prevent future ones. You also have the
ability to do simple Qigong techniques to help others heal. There is nothing fancy or complicated to learn; you can do so
much by doing so little. You just need the information and that is what this book is about.
We draw on ancient universal wisdom, Qigong practices to teach you simple techniques you can do to help yourself and
