What are you consuming?
Negative news, pain, fear, anger, frustration, irritation, depression and
many more things that is spoiling your mental and physical health.

What has to be done?


TURN POSITIVE – Yes… TURN POSITIVE TO LIFE AROUND YOU
 Self care is not selfishness – make time for your small wishes and
happiness. (eating an ice cream alone, sitting quietly in nature, reading
a light book, watching the skies)

 Self care is not expensive. It is only a mindset to prioritize what is


important for you and what you enjoy doing alone

 Motivate yourself to see the positive in this difficult time. You be the
one who breaks the chain of negativity by not spreading
news/forwarding negative news/talking about negative news. There are
so many good things that is happening around us. Lets talk about the
fun times

 Talk about how blessed you are

 Write a gratitude note to one person everyday – Appreciate/ thank one


person on a message/ phone call/write a chit for them and give it to
them – either a family or friend
 Say NO to negative social media news. It is ok to be informed but don’t
get into the feelings of the news and too many details.

 Spend time in nature – Gardening

 Develop a hobby

 Do deep breathing exercises

 Dedicate your time for a social cause if possible

 Take up a course that will enhance your interest

 Eat healthy food and drink warm water regularly

 Practice affirmations – Say this loudly 3 times in front of the mirror


everday or practice with a group of friends/family
o I am healthy, I am strong, I am full of positivity
o I can fight anything, I am a winner
