Claim Procedure

Dear Sir,

With reference to insurance renewal through Honda Assure, we would like to


Inform you that following are some important details of claim procedure:

1. Customer needs to intimate all type of claim immediately to nearest Honda


Dealership.

2. Claim intimation form needs to be filled up & signed by customer & submit
it to dealership.

3. Required documents such as claim form, Original Driving License, Original


RC, Pan card Xerox , Aadhaar card PUC and insurance copy etc needs to
be submitted to dealership at the time of claim intimation.

4. Customer needs to hand over his vehicle for repair to same dealership
Where claim has been intimated.

5. Policy terms & conditions (IRDA provided) are applicable for all types of
Claims.

6. FIR is compulsory to cover those scratches which are not due to accident.
(Scratches done by unknown person in parking, public area etc.)

7. One damage at a time will be considered by Insurance Company. Therefore, it


is a request to claim, as soon as there is a damage, to avoid rejection of claim
from Insurance Company.
