« High footfall areas such as auditoriums, food court, mult iti

ground floor or be made easily accessible directly from outside so that these areas can function freely during peak h
and emergencies.
High serviceable areas such as restaurants, auditoriums, ete. have been placed near service cores.
Institutional areas have been placed on upper floors to reduce noise disturbances from road and other noises.
‘Auditorium is placed as a separate building block to avoid structural complications.
For cultural preference and due to climatic reasons, elements such as courtyards, jaais, double skin facades, and gat
structures have been subsequently incorporated.
