A: Hello?

A: 你好?

B: Hi, Jim. It’s Cassie. I was up all night with stomach problems. I think I should go to the doctor.

B: Hi,Jim,我是Cassie。我胃不舒服整夜都没睡。我觉得应该去趟医院。

A: Oh, I’m sorry to hear that. Is it the flu?

B: I think I ate something off yesterday.

Grammar/语法

Go to the doctor

When people are sick but it's not an emergency, they can visit a medical clinic. In English, we usually say "go
to the doctor" or "see the doctor" in this situation. We also call the clinic "the doctor's office," even though
it's not really an office. We also say "the dentist" when we go to a dental clinic.

当人们生病但不是紧急情况时,他们可以去医疗诊所。在英语中,我们通常会在这种情况下说"go to the
doctor"或"see the doctor"。我们也把诊所叫做"the doctor's office",尽管它并不是真正的办公室。当我们去牙科诊
所时,我们也可以说"the dentist"。

When it's an emergency and we have to visit a large, general hospital, we can say "go to the hospital."
