SETUP Page

▪ The Boomi AtomSphere platform account menu identifies the AtomSphere platform account in use, When you
click on the menu, the drop-down menu enables you to:
i. Switch between accounts
ii. Access the Setup page
iii. Sign out of the AtomSphere platform

▪ The menu displays the account name, which can be changed in the Setup page.

▪ When Setup opens in new web page with
multiple options – My User Settings

▪ User Information:- On the User

Information panel in the Setup page, you
can manage the username, password,
email, and time zone.

▪ The information on the User

Information panel in the Setup page
applies to the user signed in to
the Boomi AtomSphere platform. You can
change of the user information displayed
on this panel. You must sign in as an
alternate user to configure that user's
information.

Email Alerts:- Add, edit, and delete email subscriptions and set up email alerts for a distribution list on the Email
Alerts page. You can set up subscriptions to receive emails reporting Atom status, process execution status, or user
notifications. This page contains user-level subscription settings for all the Boomi accounts that you can access with
your username.

Authentication :- Enforce higher

security requirements at sign in by
enabling two-factor authentication. Any
time a user signs in to the Boomi
platform with two-factor
authentication, the user is required to
enter their password and a unique
verification code provided by a third-
party authenticator application.

AtomSphere API Tokens:-API tokens can be used in place of your user credentials when making AtomSphere API
calls.

Account Information:- You can edit some information related to your account on the Account Information page.
The information on this page applies to the AtomSphere account that you are signed in to.

Access to RSS feeds are enabled or disabled by account administrators. RSS feeds are off by default for new users.

Account Features:- As an account administrator, you can use the Account Features page to apply greater control over
user access to various account features are

• Advanced Environment:- Enabling this feature enforces Environment Management Full Access and Environment
Management Read-Only Access privileges that are assigned to environments within the account.

• Data Collection:- Boomi automatically collects certain metadata about how you use the AtomSphere platform.
The metadata is only used to help assist with the future development of product features and updates

• Packaged Component Deployment:-Enable this feature to allow account users to create consistent versions of
their processes and deployable components, called Packaged Components, for deployment to multiple
environments. Packaged Component Deployment leverages the current Package Manager functionality. Once
enabled, this feature cannot be disabled.

• RSS Feeds:-Enable or disable user access to RSS Monitor feeds and RSS Alerts Only feeds associated with this
account.

Licensing
• The License information shows your account's purchased connections, Cloud usage in megabytes (MB), and API
usage counts.
• Each Boomi Integration edition contains a base number of purchased connections that can be used throughout
your deployed processes.

Boomi Integration tracks connection components in two different ways:

• How many connections your account has purchased.
• How many connections your account is using in processes that are deployed to Atoms.

Publisher:- The Publisher information is used for publishing processes to the Process Library and for connector SDK
development work.

Account Usage Agreement:- Enable, create,
and edit an account usage agreement to appear
upon user sign in. The usage agreement requires
users to acknowledge and accept any account
use guidelines, privacy statements, or associated
information before proceeding into the account.

User Management:- Add and maintain users, assign

roles and privileges to users, and create custom roles
to assign to users in a Boomi account.

Token Management:-Manage the AtomSphere API tokens in an account. API tokens can be generated by users for
use in place of their credentials when making AtomSphere API calls.

Trusted IP Addresses:- As an administrator, enable the Trusted IP Addresses feature to allow a specified list of IP
addresses the ability to make calls to APIs associated with this account. Requests made to the platform API are only
granted if the call originates from an address specified in the list. Add, edit, and delete individual IP addresses or range
of addresses as needed.

CORS:-Configure Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) rules for AtomSphere accounts that have the API Access
feature enabled.

Password Policy Rules for Account Users:-

Boomi requires a minimum set of security
standards for password policy rules. Account
owners and security administrators can set
stricter password rules.

Single Sign-On Options:-Use the SSO Options page to set up single
sign-on. Once single sign-on is enabled, you can add single sign-on users.

Account Security:- Account Security enables

account Administrators to add a small number of
optional security features on an account.
Administrators may choose to lock and terminate
user sessions after a period of prolonged inactivity,
or to restrict the number of allowed concurrent
sessions per user. Administrators can also require
users to configure two-factor authentication in
order to access the

Manage Account Libraries:-Upload and manage custom JAR files for use with your integration processes.

Developer:- In order to use the Developer's tab for your Connector SDK, specify a Publisher Name and agree to the
SDK Usage Agreement on the Publisher tab.

Tracked Fields:- Document Tracking

is used to add custom fields that can
be enabled for documents that are
reported on the Manage menu's
Process Reporting page. Document
tracking allows you to define
document-level tracked fields to help
you research documents that are
passed through connectors.
