    Preliminary Discussion on implementation of “Case Automation System” // Dt:20-04-2022

    * Basic process flow of the “Case Automation System” application was discussed.

    * In the first phase, the application is expected to be rolled out in the High Court & 4 District
    Courts.

    * The application should have provision to route a court case within the court (Judicial
    Sections / Judicial Benches) based on the requirement.

    * Integration Requirement: eCourt Application-CIS Module.

    * All case records would be digitized during case filing.

    * Barcode system would be implemented while filing the case (Case initiation).

    * A dashboard system would be in place to monitor/track the details based on key performance
    indicators.

    * File tracking system would be implemented during the case life cycle.

    * Adoption/Implementation of paperless court will be easier as the case has already been digitized.
