How would Engineer Estabillo deal with his problem regarding his growing business?

Alternatives:

1.) Ask for advice from a consulting engineer.

Advantages:
a. The consultant will provide an advice that will help Engr. Estabillo to come up
with a better decision.
b. He will have a solid solution to hiss problem.

Disadvantages:
a. The consultant might give him a wrong advice that would cause a lot oof problems
rather than solution.
b. The consultant may have been a consultant off another company that competes with
him.

2.) He needs to hire a supervisor engineer.

Advantages:
a. His works would be lessen if he there is another engineer who would supervise the
works of his staff.
b. He could accept more clients.

Disadvantages:
a. He might hire an engineer who doesnt work effectively thus would cause a problem to
the company.
b. The company might not be able to provide a higher salary to all employees.

3.) partnership with other companies.

Advantages:
a. Having a business partner means Engr. Estabillo wont shoulder all the burden alone.
b. If Engr. Estabillo have partnership with other companies means they could have a big
amount of money to invest in their business which could help for their business to
expand.

Disadvantages:
a. They needed to split the profit that they'll make.
b. They are liable for each other debts.
