This is the final group report which we were assigned in your MBA511 course. We, the group members
have worked hard and dedicatedly and put up our best knowledge which we have gathered on ‘Financial
Management’ course. The report consists of an analysis of the financial report of GPH Ispat ltd, BSRM
steel ltd & RSRM steel ltd which consists of the concepts such as profitability ratio, asset utilization ratio,
debt utilization ratio, liquidity ratio& DuPont analysis for before & after COVID situational analysis for
these three companies. However, if any further clarification on any part of the report is needed, feel

 Executive Summary

The report is done on the basis of annual report of three years from 2019,2020 & 2021 of three
companies from the steel manufacturing industry which name is BSRM Steel Ltd, RSRM Steel ltd & GPH
Ispat Ltd. We begin the report with the description of these three companies and Industry Analysis. We
also gave an overview of current status and issues of manufacturing industry in Bangladesh on our
report. We did the ratio analysis for each of them along with graph. We first calculate the profitability
ratio for three companies from 2019, 2020 & 2021. Then we calculate liquidity ratio, debt utilization
ratio, asset utilization ratio & lastly we calculate DuPont analysis to justify our opinions for buying stock
or doing investment in these three particular companies. We also did a detail analysis for each ratio to
analyze the situation that companies are facing due toCOVID-19. we have added our opinions for three
companies based on the analysis and the calculations.
