During my internship, I noticed that Nice Media company successfully applied

applying Theory X and Theory Y in their policies to motivate the staff to work
better. The company applied the Theory X for people who don't do well on their
assigned jobs. When employees in the company have accomplish goals set and
exceed targets, the company has some awards to encourage them ( Therory Y).
However, I realize that the company have applied two the theories to both both
employees and inters in odder to promote their work.
Because each theory has benefits and drawbacks, for example, there will have
some people need security and protection against the burden of responsibility.
Thus, in order to successfully use the two theories, we must carefully consider the
circumstances that we are facing so that we can use them effectively.
