Sharing implies awareness, knowledge, empathy and justice.

Sharing makes us human. Sharing the bathroom at rush hour with

our family makes us understand each other's needs, even though

we would love to enjoy it individually. Sharing helps us to bond

with others, understanding each moment in a better way, realizing

that the material has relevance but it is not everything. If we stop

to think carefully the best moments of our lives have more than

likely been shared. That family celebration, that moment with our

children. Sharing implies attitude. It's not about sharing for the

sake of sharing, it's about doing it properly. Of course we need our

individuality, but well understood, to help us to be more socially

skilled and better. In a historical moment that leads us not to

realize these little issues, being able to review our behavior can

bring great benefits to our lives. We will not only help others, but
we will help ourselves, benefiting our well-being and self-esteem.

We are able to do it, we must first realize where we are.

I felt good sharing something of mine to people who need it and

can enjoy Christmas with food.
