    I keep on losing someone


    Someone so dear to me
    Whom I thought would remain
    And stay with me till eternity

    I keep on wondering afterward


    What if in the first place
    I never welcomed them
    Maybe they’d never have the power
    To hurt me by suddenly saying “Goodbye”

    However, I’m also grateful


    For they once made me feel secure
    And also loved and kept for a while
    It may be over now but at least it happened.
