 Mrs. Balfour became ile and was advised by the doctore say back I England.

 Due to work pressure husband goes back to ceylone leaving his wife back in England.

 Mr. Balfour has agreed to pay Rs. 30 every month to his wife.

 Due to some issues Mr. balfour has stopped sending money to his wife .

 In the court stayed this agreement, Since they were a humerous arranged.

 In this case they made a excuted contract.

Lalman Shukla vs. Gauri Datt

 The nephew of gauri datt flees from the house so gauri datt orders lalman Shukla to go
and search for his nephew

 Defendant’s nephew that whoever brings back his nephew will be awarded Rs. 501 /-.

 Later reward Rs. 501/- is known to him he wants to claim that amt and files a suit

 The court dismissed the case and held that the reward can only be claimed when there
is a contract between the parties.

 Plaintiff to bring back the nephew ,and hence no reward will be given to him.
